Wooden Stone offers a wide selection of hand-made items for you and your home. We try to keep items in stock, ready to ship to you. You will receive a confirmation email within 48 hours of your order, including information on shipping. If an item is not in stock, we will let you know when the item can be expected.
All items from Wooden Stone are hand-made by North American artists and craftspeople. Many are one-of-a-kind and cannot be exactly replicated. Items may differ slightly from the photo shown due to natural variations in the materials or the inherent hand-crafted quality. However, we will do our best to present you with the most accurate information about the items you are purchasing. If you have strong preferences about your purchases, please state them in the notes section at checkout, or email us for more information.
If you are looking for an item that is not shown, please contact us. We may have it in stock or can order it. If you are interested in custom orders from a particular artist or in a particular style, please
email us and we will help you find what you need!
Wooden Stone gladly accepts MasterCard, Visa, and Discover card.
If you are ordering online and would like to pay by check or money order, please contact us directly and we will reserve your order until payment is received by mail, and then ship to you.
We ship UPS ground unless othewise arranged with the customer. In-stock items usually within 24 hours after confirmation. For special orders and items not in-stock, we will let you know an estimated ship date within one week of your order.
Shipping costs start at $15 and generally reflect 15% of the retail cost. For example:

Some small items, such as jewelry, will be shipped for a flat fee of $12, unless extra insurance is required.
*For items over $250 and most large items like furniture, there may be an additional shipping charge. We will include a shipping estimate in your confirmation email.
We accept returns for online purchases within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. You may return any Wooden Stone Gallery products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the merchandise value. Store credit will be issued for all online returns received after thirty (30) days and up to ninety (90) days. We will send a confirmation email upon receipt of returned merchandise.
Please note that all custom orders are a final sale and nonreturnable unless the item differs drastically from the agreed-upon design.
Your purchases will be packed for shipping with the utmost care, but accidents do happen. If your items arrives damaged, please save the packaging material and contact us within three business days of delivery. We will replace the item if posssible, or issue you a refund.
Wooden Stone gathers customer information on a voluntary basis. You may opt in to our contact list by
signing up online or by giving us your information in the store. We require online customers and those placing special orders to submit information for shipping and contact purposes. If at any time you wish to be taken off our e-contact list, please click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of our e-newsletter. If you would like all your contact information to be removed from our system, please contact us at 704-892-1449. Wooden Stone does not sell or rent our customer email addresses or make them available to other organizations for marketing purposes.
